The film follows M (Putthipong Assaratanakue), a university dropout and unemployed gamer, who becomes motivated by the promise of a million-dollar inheritance to care for his terminally ill grandmother, Mengju. After M breaks the news of her diagnosis, Mengju becomes more open to his care. However, when other family members suddenly express interest and propose their own caregiving methods, M begins to question their true intentions.

As time passes, an unexpected and touching bond forms between M and Mengju, bridging the generational gap and creating moments of genuine connection. Mengju is the kind of grandmother everyone wishes they had.

This universal tale, set against the vibrant and bustling backdrop of Bangkok, reminds us of the importance of family, the sacrifices we make, and the pursuit of meaningful relationships.
